The Weslie

Tucked into a quiet section of Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood, The Weslie is a boutique condo building within walking distance of a thriving neighborhood full of attractions and distractions. Condominiums at The Weslie are rarely offered and when they do, they often sell fast.

Built in 1981, The Weslie is ten stories tall with just 40 units. Originally there were 42 residences but a few condos have been combined into exceptionally large units. Condos at The Weslie are coveted for their dramatic living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 12-foot ceilings. Floor plans are 2 or 3 levels with the main level perfect for entertaining.

The Weslie offers an intimate, quiet and exclusive experience with the most jaw-dropping views of the Potomac River, the National Mall and the Monuments available anywhere. Signature two-story great rooms offer walls of glass opening to large terraces. Amenities at The Weslie include 24-hour front desk/concierge, fitness room, secure underground parking and abundant guest parking. The handsome lobby and common area hallways were just redone to reflect today’s lighter and more modern aesthetic. Nothing compares!

Rosslyn: An Evolving Waterfront

Rosslyn was once known for its ferry to Georgetown, as well as wild and wooly gambling halls. A “corruption cleanup” campaign in the early 1900s led to greater residential development, while modern makeovers have focused on skyscrapers not bound by Washington D.C.’s height restrictions act. Today, Arlington planners are creating a more walk-friendly environment. Recently opened restaurants include CAVA, KOVI and an upcoming Sfoglina location from Fabio Trabocchi. There’s also faves like Barley Mac, Mele Bistro, Quinn’s on the Corner and the Continental Pool Lounge. Groceries can be gathered from Whole Foods while morning espressos are available at Central Coffee Bar and Jon’s Coffee. Residents have plenty of options outside their local waterfront haunts as well, whether it’s crossing Key Bridge to Georgetown or walking next-door to Courthouse and Clarendon for dining, shopping and entertainment galore.
