As a Life At The Top Seller Client, you can depend on us to make every step in the process of selling your property as effortless as possible. So we will provide you with the services of your own Personal Assistant. Your private concierge will help save time and provide professional assistance throughout your move. You will have a trustworthy, efficient, experienced, and connected assistant providing help with tasks such as coordinating and attending meetings and appointments with your movers and contractors. This can be especially valuable if you no longer live in the District, as your assistant can be your voice on the scene when you cannot.

We will provide you with 1 hour of service per week upon becoming a Life at the Top client.  If you need additional service, you are entitled to our exclusive negotiated rate.

As a Seller Client, you are also enrolled in Concierge Class, with access to exclusive privileges and services no other realtors in Washington provide on such a comprehensive level. Your Membership awaits.
