Most Units Sold
Watergate led the way with 3 units sold. Six buildings sold 2 each including City Vista, Madrigal Lofts, Ritz West End, Somerset House, The Artisan and Yale Steam Laundry.
Highest Sales Prices
The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, Somerset House and 2501 Pennsylvania combined for over $13 million. Then came the Ritz-Carlton West End, Memorial Overlook and St. Nicholas.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
Talk about paying top dollar! City Vista, Metropole, Somerset House, The Sonata, Madrigal Lofts and Matrix found buyers anxious to pay above list prices!
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, Somerset House and 2501 Pennsylvania also returned the most money for square footage. Metropole, The Residences at Market Square and Matrix completed the group.
Highest Price New Listings
Properties at Turnberry Tower, The Ritz-Carlton West End and The Watergate topped the newcomer lists in December. The Ritz-Carlton West End is already under contract.
