Somerset House in Friendship Heights led the way with eight sales. The Flats at Union Row in U Street Corridor, The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom had three sales each. Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Q 14 in Logan Circle, The Ritz-Carlton West End, Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle. The Pennsylvania in Penn Quarter and The Waterview in Arlington recorded two sales.
Highest Sales Prices
Six IT Buildings earned Highest Sales Price status including Somerset House in Friendship Heights, Turnberry Tower in Arlington, The Ritz-Carlton West End, Memorial Overlook in Arlington, Q 14 in Logan Circle and The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
Somerset House Unit 802 was listed for $1,950,000 and closed over $500,000 above list. Q 14 in Logan Circle, The Flats at Union Row in U Street Corridor, Meridian Crescent and Adams Row in Adams Morgan, and Yale Steam Laundry in Mount Vernon Triangle.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
In Arlington, a one-of-a-kind Turnberry Tower penthouse sold for $1,148. Other leaders included Somerset House in Friendship Heights, The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, Q 14 in Logan Circle, The Waterview in Arlington and The Ritz-Carlton West End in West End.
Highest Price New Listings
The Oronoco in Alexandria took the top new listing at $3,925,000. Two properties in Arlington were second and third: Turnberry Tower and The Waterview. Others included The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and The Ritz-Carlton West End.
