Six buildings has two sales each: Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan, Union Row in U Street Corridor, Madrigal Lofts and Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.

Leading the market was a 3-bedroom 3-bath at The Watergate in Foggy Bottom. Listed at $2,950,000, the closing price was $2,700,000. Other top sales came from The Edgemoor at Arlington in Bethesda, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Carthage in Kalorama, Turnberry Tower in Arlington, and Willison in Logan Circle.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
Meridian Crescent in Adams Morgan was highest sales to list with 111.50%. Close followers included City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Adams Row in Adams Morgan, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, Wooster and Mercer Lofts in Arlington, and City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
Cooper Lewis Unit 501 in Logan Circle commanded $1,020/SF. Others included The Carthage in Kalorama, Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, and The Waterview in Arlington.
Highest Price New Listings
Somerset House in Friendship Heights listed Unit #1607 for $2,995,000. Turnberry Tower and The Odyssey in Arlington were followed by units at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and two units at Hampden Row in Bethesda.
