Most Units Sold

Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, Ritz-Carlton West End, and The Waterview in Arlington sold four units each. The Atrium in Arlington and City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle sold three each. Chase Point in Friendship Heights and six others had two sales each.

 

Highest Sales Prices

The Ritz-Carlton West End was first with a  $6,050,000 sale. Others included Turnberry Tower in Arlington, 22 West in West End, Lionsgate in Bethesda, Somerset House in Friendship Heights and the St. Nicholas in Kalorama.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

The Kalorama in Kalorama captured highest list-to-sales ratio with 115.24%. Close behind was Solo Piazza of Logan Circle, Ten Ten Mass and City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Clara Barton in Penn Quarter and Northumberland of Dupont Circle.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

22 West in West End topped the list with $1,106/SF. Other leaders were Ritz-Carlton West End, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, Turnberry Tower and The Waterview in Arlington, and City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Price New Listings

With two listings each — 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and 22 West in West End, followed by The Watergate in Foggy Bottom and Ritz-Carlton West End.
