Most Units Sold

It was Union Row in U Street Corridor atop the Most Units Sold list, tied by Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon TriangleThe Columbia in West End followed with three units. Five buildings sold two units including City Center and City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.

 

Highest Sales Prices

2501 Pennsylvania in West End scored the Highest Sales Price with a $2,300,000 closing. Five buildings followed including The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, 22 West in West End, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Unit 328W at Union Row in U Street Corridor, sold for $1,125,000 — that was 107.14% above list. Second place at 103.45% above was Rainbow Lofts in Penn Quarter. Four buildings in Mount Vernon Triangle closed out the list: 101.38% for Ten Ten Mass, 101.36% for Madrigal Lofts, 101.03% for 555 Mass and 100.73% for City Vista.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Unit 6C at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown earned Highest $ Per SF in March, closing at $1,103 per square foot. Others included City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, then three West End buildings: 22 West, The Columbia and 2501 Pennsylvania. The Watergate in Foggy Bottom finished up the list.

 

Highest Price New Listings

Unit #601 at Parc Somerset in Friendship Heights, one of two listings added in March, sold for $4,400,000. The Ritz-Carlton West End was second highest, Quarry Springs in Bethesda had two top new listings including a $4,190,000 property in third place.
