Most Units Sold

In Arlington, Atrium sold four units including a three-bedroom, three-bath condo that closed for $925,000. In second place, six buildings tied with three sales each: Clara Barton and Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter; Yale Steam Laundry ,Ten Ten Mass, and The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle; and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.

Highest Sales Prices

Two "It" Buildings each had sales of $2,300,000. 2101 Connecticut in Kalorama and 3303 Water Street in Georgetown. Other significant sales were recorded at 22 West in West End, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, St. Nicholas in Kalorama, and The Odyssey in Arlington.

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Offered at $949,900, a marvelous two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath property on two levels at Meridian Crescent in Adams Morgan closed at $1,014,000 — 106.75% over list! Other list-beaters were Somerset House in Friendship Heights, The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle, Lofts 14 in Logan Circle, and 555 Mass and City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle.

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

For the fourth month in a row, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown earned Highest $ Per SF with $1,220, Close behind with sales above $1,000 Per SF were Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter and 22 West in West End. Other leaders were City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, Ritz-Carlton West End in West End and Lofts 14 in Logan Circle.

Highest Price New Listings

The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown unveiled a spectacular penthouse with exceptional views of the Potomac River from multiple terraces. The four-bedroom, five-plus bath residence was listed for $4,7000,000. Across the river in Arlington, a listing at The Odyssey offered an eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath penthouse for $4,399,900. And in Bethesda at the all-new Hampden Row, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath was listed and sold in one day for full price — $4,199,000.
