The Watergate in Foggy Bottom sold six properties in August including 1116-S, a dramatic 11th floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,811 square feet of space with terrific Potomac views. Listed for $900,000, it sold for $955,000. Five more buildings sold three units each including City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Lionsgate in Bethesda, the Ritz-Carlton West End in West End, The Odyssey in Arlington and Union Row in U-Street Corridor.

Other sales leaders were Union Row in U-Street Corridor, Ritz-Carlton West End, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
Listed for $900,000, a dramatic 11th floor Watergate condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and Potomac views sold for $955,000 — a 106.11% increase. Other buildings that topped 100% over list were 2501 Pennsylvania in West End, Jefferson Row in Dupont Circle, and three in Mount Vernon Triangle: City Center, City Vista, and 2020 Lofts.
