Most Units Sold

The Watergate in Foggy Bottom sold six properties in August including 1116-S, a dramatic 11th floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,811 square feet of space with terrific Potomac views. Listed for $900,000, it sold for $955,000. Five more buildings sold three units each including City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Lionsgate in Bethesda, the Ritz-Carlton West End in West End, The Odyssey in Arlington and Union Row in U-Street Corridor.

In Bethesda, The Darcy scored a full price sale — unit 501 was listed and sold for $2,395,000 for a lavish 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath, 2,360 square foot condo. Other sales leaders were Union Row in U-Street Corridor, Ritz-Carlton West End, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.
