Most Units Sold

Topping all buildings with six units sold was the modern Clara Barton in Penn Quarter — an IT Buildings choice for Best Roof Decks. Somerset House and The Watergate sold five units each. Madrigal Lofts, Turnberry Tower and Yale Steam Laundry each scored four sales. 

 

Highest Sales Prices

A 3303 Water Street 4-bedroom penthouse along the Canal in Georgetown sold for $6 MillionIn West End at 2501 Pennsylvania, $3 Million bought a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Somerset House placed third with another 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath at $1.9 Million.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Unit 328 at The Lofts At Adams Morgan closed at $535,000 for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo — that's 109.52% over list price. Close behind were City Vista, The Whitman, Lofts 14, Yale Steam Laundry and 555 Mass.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Three Properties Sold At Over $1,000 $ Per Sq. Ft. — 3303 Water Street2501 Pennsylvania and 22 West

 

Highest Price New Listings

Talk about a hot market! The Oronoco topped the charts with several units including a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo listed at $4,495,000. Other landmark listings included The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, The House of Sweden (not pictured), The Watergate, 3303 Water Street, 22 West, and Somerset House.
