Most Units Sold
The Watergate sold eight units in January in Foggy Bottom. Four units sold at The Whitman in Mount Vernon followed by three at Atrium in Arlington, and two each at Adams Row in Adams Morgan, Flour Mill in Georgetown, and Ritz-Carlton West End.
Highest Sales Prices
A luxuriously large 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo sold at Somerset House in Friendship Heights for $50,000 above list. At Washington Harbour in Georgetown, a 2-bedroom 2-bath overlooking the Potomac settled for $2,250,000. Other top sales included Ritz-Carlton West End, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and 22 West in West End.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
With 103.42% of list, 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle took the honors with Highest Sales Price to List — $20,000 over list! Another Mount Vernon building, City Vista, took second place on the charts. Somerset House in Friendship Heights and Metropole in Logan Circle placed third and fourth.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
Three buildings topped the $1,000 per-square-foot mark: Somerset House in Friendship Heights at $1,061; 3303 Water Street in Georgetown at $1,052; and 22 West in West End at $1,027. 2029 Connecticut in Kalorama, Washington Harbour in Georgetown, and The Waterview in Arlington were also in the rankings.
