Most Units Sold

Four units sold at The Adagio in Bethesda to top the list of Most Units Sold. Two buildings tied with three sales -- Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle and Union Row in U Street Corridor. Five buildings sold two units in December — The Darcy in Bethesda, Gaslight Square in Arlington, Northumberland in Dupont Circle, and Madrigal Lofts and The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Closing at $2,850,000, Penthouse 19D at Somerset House in Friendship Heights commanded highest sale price followed by Turnberry Tower in Arlington at $2,700,000, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom at $1,825,000, Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle at $1,630,000

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

In Mount Vernon Triangle, The Whitman sold at 107.44% above list. Next came Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle at 106.09%, Union Row in U Street Corridor at 104.85%,Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle at 103.86%, Lofts 14 in Logan Circle at 103%, and Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon Triangle at 102.35%.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Turnberry Tower Unit 2309 in Arlington soared to $1,020.79 per square foot. In Dupont Circle, Dumbarton Place earned $900.55 per SF, followed by $890.63 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights. City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle captured $869.90. The Watergate notched $829.55 in Foggy Bottom, and The Residences at Market Square took in $827.03 in Penn Quarter.

 

Highest Price New Listings

The Lauren offered a towering $4,300,000, opening eyes all over Bethesda. Another top listing was the $3,295,000 penthouse at Ritz-Carlton West End. While Friendship Heights' Somerset House unveiled a $2,200,000 listing.
