Most Units Sold

Four buildings sold four units each including 22 West in West End, and three Mount Vernon Triangle buildings: City Center, City Vista, and The Whitman. Two buildings tied with three sales each: Chase Point in Friendship Heights and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Six of our fabulous "It" Buildings earned Highest Sales Prices in June. At the top with a $4,250,000 sale was Somerset House in Friendship Heights, followed by 22 West in West End, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Duncan in Dupont Circle, and The Dresden in Kalorama.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

At Chinese Embassy in Dupont Circle, a delightful two-bedroom, two-bath condo closed at $740,000 — 105.87% over list! Other buildings with sales above 100% of list included  Adams Row in Adams Morgan, and four units in Mount Vernon Triangle: two sales at City Vista, and one each at Yale Steam Laundry and 555 Ma.ss

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Somerset House in Friendship Heights earned Highest $ Per SF with $1,173. Other leaders were 22 West in West End, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, Matrix in Logan Circle, The Darcy in Bethesda, and The Dresden in Kalorama.

 

Highest Price New Listings

Brand new and offered at $4,290,000, this 4,626 SF spectacular Quarry Springsproperty combines three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, fireplaces and more in an estate-like setting just outside Bethesda. Other new listings included Hampden Square in Bethesda and the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown in Georgetown.
