Most Units Sold

The Atrium in Arlington scored three units sold in December. Eight buildings had two sales units sold in December each including City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, and The Adagio in Bethesda, The Columbia in West End, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, The Wyoming in Kalorama and Union Row in U-Street Corridor. Ten buildings sold one unit each including 22 West in West End, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and Cooper Lewis in Logan Circle.

 

Highest Sales Prices

The highest sale price in December was scored at The Waterview in Arlington. The 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath stunner was captured for $3,258,000. Other top prices included $2,985,000 at Shoreham West in Woodley Park, $2,410,000 at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, $2,300,000 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights, $1,810,000 at The Lauren in Bethesda and $1,675,000 at Q 14 in Logan Circle.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

103.11% earned highest list to sales ratio at 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, followed two more Mount Vernon neighbors: City Vista (103.03%) and Madrigal Lofts (102.86%.) Two Union Street buildings -- The Floridian and Union Row -- took fourth and fifth, while the Wyoming in Kalorama notched sixth place.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Top Dollar per square foot was earned by 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, with 1,254.55. Another sale above  $1,038.06 was 22 West in West End. $946.89 closed the deal on the Metropole in Logan Square, capturing $946.89. other leaders: $946.69, Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, $936.85, The Lauren in Bethesda, $918.90, Somerset House in Friendship Heights

 

Highest Price New Listings

Highest Price New Listing was tagged by Somerset House in Friendship Heights: Unit #202 priced at $3,910,000; The Vio at 45 Sutton Sq. SW #608 was listed and sold same day for $2,912,400– The Signet at 6900 Fleetwood Rd #500 was listed for $2,799,900.
