Most Units Sold

Five of our exclusive "It" Buildings sold four units each including 2020 Lofts in U Street Corridor, the Ritz-Carlton West End in West End, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, and the Penn Quarter sister buildings — Clara Barton and the Lafayette. Two more "It" Buildings tied with three sales each: Lofts 14 in Logan Circle and Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Six of our fabulous "It" Buildings earned Highest Sales Prices in July. The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown topped the chart with a $3,200,000 sale — the 3,890 square foot condo included 4 bedrooms, 5 full baths plus a half, and multiple terraces with Potomac views. Other top sellers included the Ritz-Carlton West End, 2101 Connecticut in Kalorama, Metropole in Logan Circle, Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle and the Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Unit 111 at 2020 Lofts in U Street Corridor was listed for $649,900 and sold for $672,580 — 108.02% above list! Other buildings with sales above 100% of list included the Floridian in U Street Corridor, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, Lofts 14 in Logan Circle, and two buildings in Mount Vernon Triangle555 Mass and City Center.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle earned Highest $ Per SF with $988.63. Other high earners were Lofts 14 and the Metropole in Logan Circle, Ritz-Carlton West End and The Columbia in West End, and The Whitman, Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Price New Listings

A true penthouse — #PH-607 at the Residences at Harbourside in Georgetown — was listed at $5,900,000. It includes 5,175 stunning square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 terraces, 4 gas fireplaces, and 3 car garage parking. Other new listings two at the new Cheval Bethesda, and another new property at 2501 M in West End, plus listings at Ritz-Carlton West End and City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle.
