Most Units Sold

Several of our highly prized "It" Buildings made the ranks of "Most Units Sold," including City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle with four units. Two buildings scored three sales each in the U Street Corridor: Flour Mill and The Floridian.  Seven more buildings captured two sales each including Gallery Place in Chinatown, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, Lafayette in Penn Quarter, four in Arlington: Atrium, Odyssey, The Waterview, and  Wooster and Mercer Lofts.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Unit 3003 at The Waterview in Arlington was listed and sold for $2,395,000 for a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath dazzler. Other impressive transactions included a $1,700,000 sale at Gaslight Square in Arlington, a $1,620,000 closing at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, and three more million-plus sales at Memorial Overlook in ArlingtonMetropole in Logan Circle and Somerset House in Friendship Heights.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Logan Circle's Solo Piazza beat list price by 102.90%, closing at $535,000 after an ask of $519,900. Other List-Beaters included City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Wooster and Mercer Lofts and The Waterview in Arlington,  Logan Circle's Metropole and Lafayette in Penn Quarter.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

#5C at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, a spacious two-bedroom plus a den and office sold for $1,143.26 per square. Another condo at The Waterview in Arlington  exceeded one thousand a square foot. Finishing the list were Gaslight Square in Arlington, Metropole in Logan Circle, Floridian in U Street Corridor, and Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter

 

Highest Price New Listings

At $7,200,000 the Highest Price New Listing in September was at Ritz-Carlton West End #PH3E in Georgetown. Absolutely stunning! The second-place listing was Turnberry Tower #TS01 in Arlington priced at $5,995,000. Other top new listings were Quarry Springs #151 in Bethesda, Metropole #708 in Logan Circle, The Lauren #502 in  Bethesda, and Shoreham West #107 in Woodley Park.
