Nine Buildings tied for Most Units Sold in December. 2020 Lofts, City Center, Flats at Union Row, Gallery Place, Madrigal Lofts, Ten Ten Mass, The Columbia, The Whitman, and Turnberry Tower.
Highest Sales Prices
At 2101 Connecticut in Kalorama — a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence sold for $3,250,000. A 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath at 2501 Pennsylvania sold for $2,225,000. Turnberry Tower followed with a 2-bedroom 2-bath for $2,160,000.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
At 2020 Lofts Unit 612 sold for $15,000 above list. Next in line were Logan Station, Ten Ten Mass, Metropole, Gallery Place, and Flats at Union Row.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
Highest Price Per Sq. Ft. went to 2101 Connecticut. 22 West was second followed by Turnberry Tower, City Center, Lofts 14, and 2501 Pennsylvania.
Highest Price New Listings
In Bethesda, a Quarry Springs 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence listed for $4,199,000. Residences at Harbourside and The Oronoco were also atop the list.
