Most Units Sold

The Atrium in Arlington and City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle each sold four units in July, while 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Flats at Union Row in U Street Corridor, Somerset House in Friendship Heights and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom had three sales each.

 

Highest Sales Prices

1055 High in Georgetown topped the list, followed by Georgetown's Wormley School, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, Lionsgate in Bethesda, The Ritz-Carlton West End, and 3303 Water Street in Georgetown.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

At 107.25% of list, The Flats at Union Row in U Street Corridor took the honors. Close behind were Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Carthage in Kalorama, 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, 2020 Lofts in U Street Corridor and Yale Steam Laundry in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

At $1,517/SF, first place went to 1055 High in Georgetown. 22 West in West End earned second place, and third went to City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle. Others included The Ritz-Carlton West End and Georgetown's Wormley School and 3303 Water Street.

 

Highest Price New Listings

The Ritz-Carlton West End had two new listings including a stunning 3-bedroom with an upper level solarium and a large rooftop terrace offered for $6,900,000. Other top listings included 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, two units at Quarry Springs in Bethesda, and Somerset House in Friendship Heights.
