Most Units Sold

Six sales were recorded at City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle. Union Row in U Street Corridor had four sales. Six buildings had two sales each: 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, Adams Row in Adams Morgan, Atrium in Arlington, Chase Point in Friendship Heights, The Artisan in Penn Quarter and The Watergate in Foggy Bottom.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Unit #407 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights sold for $2,850,000. Other top sellers were at Chase Point in Friendship Heights, 2501 Pennsylvania in West End, Lionsgate in Bethesda, Gaslight Square in Arlington, and  City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

At 102.47%, City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle topped the chart, followed by Yale Steam Laundry  and The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle, Kalorama Lofts in Adams Morgan, Union Row in U Street Corridor and Solo Piazza and Logan Circle. 

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

$1,168/SF captured the lead for Somerset House in Friendship Heights. Also represented were City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, Chase Point in Friendship Heights, Lionsgate in Bethesda, Union Row in U Street Corridor, and Gaslight Square in Arlington.

 

Highest Price New Listings

Ritz-Carlton Georgetown had three listings including a 4-bedroom, 4-1/2 bath stunner for $4,850,000. Turnberry Tower in Arlington added two units, 22 West in West End was third highest new listing.
