Most Units Sold

At City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Odyssey in Arlington, 4 units were sold in each of these "It" Buildings. 3 Condos were sold at Hampden Row in Bethesda. 7 Buildings completed 2 sales each including Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan, Gallery Place in Chinatown, and Landmark Lofts in Bethesda.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Highest Sales Price was recorded at The Columbia, that century-old landmark in West End. For $4,750,000 the new owners captured 3,690 SF of lavish comfort including 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with upgrades everywhere. Another West End favorite, Ritz-Carlton West End, sold a true penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and 4,210 SF for $3,500,000. Third place went to Somerset House in Friendship Heights with a $2,050,000 sale, followed by City Center and The Whitman, both in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Adagio in Bethesda.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Six properties exceeded List-To-Sales Ratio by more than 100%. Hampden Row in Bethesda soared past list by 111.38%. City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle was second at 108.84%. Close behind were Landmark Lofts in Capitol Hill at 107.04%, Logan Station in Logan Circle at 102.40%, The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle at 102.34%, and Union Row in U Street Corridor at 101.27%.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

The Columbia in West End marked Highest Price per SF at $1,287.26 for almost 3,700 magnificent square feet. City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle brought in $1,024.14 to capture second place. Other coveted spaces included The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, Hampden Row in Bethesda, Ritz-Carlton West End and Mather Studios in Chinatown.

 

Highest Price New Listings

The amazing Westlight in West End took the wraps off 2 new listings — Unit #8C offered at $4,280,000 and Westlight Unit #10A listed for $3,950,000. In Georgetown, the Madelon Unit #402 was offered at $3,495,000. Other top listings included Turnberry Tower #TS04 in Arlington for $3,250,000, the new 2501M Unit #303 in West End listed at $2,898,000, and Somerset House #17D in Friendship Heights, asking $2,750,000.
