Most Units Sold

Five buildings sold three condos each including three in Mount Vernon Triangle —  City Center, Madrigal Lofts and Yale Steam Laundry, plus one each in Odyssey in Arlington and Union Row in the U Street Corridor. Buildings with sales of two condos each included Clara Barton, The Artisan and The Lafayette in Penn Quarter, City Vista and Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Dresden in Kalorama, and The Waterview in Arlington.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Highest Sales Prices were notched by 3303 Water Street in Georgetown with a $4,825,990 transaction, followed by Hampden Row in Bethesda with a $4,217,990 sale and The Columbia in West End which closed at $1,790,000. Three more big sales included Residences at Market Square for $1,600,000, a Wooster and Mercer Lofts two-level loft for $1,525,000 and a $1,345,000 condo at City Center.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Highest List To Sales Ratio incorporated buildings into the mix including Union Row in  U Street Corridor with 104.86%, The Metro in Mount Vernon Triangle with 103.52%, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle with 103.26%, Madrigal Lofts in Logan Circle with 103.22%, Yale Steam Laundry in Logan Circle with 102.14%,and The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle with 101.50%.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

3303 Water Street in Georgetown hit the mark with $1,668.97 SF. In Bethesda, Hampden Row reached $1,434.69.  Residences at Market Square in U Street Corridor scored $1,235.52. City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle earned $1,029.96 SF. In  Logan Circle, Logan Station captured $918.43 while Metropole hit the mark with $900.90.

 

Highest Price New Listings

Highest Price New Listings included three spectacular condos at Wardman Tower in Woodley Park priced from $4,999,000 to $3,799,000. At Quarry Springs in Bethesda, 2501 M and Westlight in the West End, prepare to be tempted.
