Most Units Sold
With four units, 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle topped the list. Chase Point, The Sonata, and The Watergate scored three sales each, followed by City Center, Gallery Place and Q14 with two each.
Highest Sales Prices
3303 Water Street in Georgetown was top, followed by The Watergate, Q14, Chase Point, The Odyssey, and Turnberry Tower.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
With 108.39% of list, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle took first place for September. Turnberry Tower, The Whitman, The Odyssey, Solo Piazza, and City Vista followed the leader.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
3303 Water Street brought home $1,299 per square foot. Q14, The Odyssey, City Center, The Watergate, and The Columbia completed the list.
Highest Price New Listings
The Bethesda/Chevy Chase newcomer — The Lauren — marked the top of the new listings in September with $4,845,000!
