Most Units Sold

Three units each sold in Mount Vernon Triangle at 555 Mass and The Sonata! Four buildings sold two each: City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Flats at Union Row in U Street Corridor, The Lafayette in Penn Quarter and Turnberry Tower in Arlington.

 

Highest Sales Prices

Two Georgetown luxury buildings with no sales in a year came out of hibernation: The Residences at Harbourside and Ritz-Carlton Georgetown. Third place belonged to Somerset House in Friendship Heights, followed by 22 West in West End, Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle and Turnberry Tower in Arlington.

 

Highest Sales Price to List Ratio

Somerset House in Friendship Heights beat list price by $325,000. Other coveted condos were sold above at Solo Piazza in Logan Circle, 555 Mass and Ten Ten Mass in Mouth Vernon Triangle, U Street's The Flats at Union Row and Penn Quarter's Ventana.

 

Highest Prices Per Square Foot

A 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse at 22 West in West End sold for $990.82 per sq. ft. Other leaders were Ritz-Carlton Georgetown in Georgetown, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle, Turnberry Tower in Arlington, and The Residences at Harbourside in Georgetown.

 

Highest Price New Listings

3303 Water Street in Georgetown topped new listings for February with a 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse for $6,500,000. Don't wait to see it. Other leaders included City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, Memorial Overlook in Arlington with two top listings,The Edgemoor in Bethesda, and The Oronoco in Alexandria.
