Quarry Springs in Bethesda saw a stunning 3,200 square foot condo with three bedrooms and three baths sell for $2,940,000. Other leaders were 3303 Water Streetin Georgetown,Somerset House in Friendship Heights,2101 Connecticut in Kalorama, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, and Q14 in Logan Circle.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
At 109.03% of list price, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom was the leading building. Taking second and third were two Logan Circle buildings: Metropole and The Metro. The Adagio in Bethesda was fourth, followed by two Mount Vernon Triangle buildings: 555 Mass and City Vista.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
3303 Water Street in Georgetown was first with the highest price per square foot with $1,128. Other leaders were City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter, Quarry Springs in Bethesda, The Darcy in Bethesda, and Matrix in Logan Circle.
Highest Price New Listings
Highest Price New Listing was set by a $5,750,000 penthouse at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown. Another Georgetown property was second at The Wormley School with a list price of $4,795,000. Third place was taken by 22 West in West End with a $3,595,000 listing.
