Most Units Sold
Union Row in U Street Corridor topped the Most Units Sold list in February with four units. Two Mount Vernon Triangle buildings, 555 Mass and Madrigal Lofts, sold three units. Four buildings had sales of two residences each: 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, the St. Nicholas in Kalorama, and Turnberry Tower in Arlington.
Highest Sales Prices
The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown led the Highest Sales Prices rankings with a $3,650,000. Somerset House in Friendship Heights was second highest at $2,667,500 and third place went to Turnberry Tower in Arlington with a closing price of $2,550,000. 3303 Water Street in Georgetown and The Odysseyin Arlington tied at $2,500,000. The St. Nicholas in Kalorama was sixth with $1,300,000.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
Listed for $719,0000, the two-bedroom, two-bath condo at The Metro in Logan Circle closed at $747,500 — that's 103.96% above list. Next came The Lafayette in Penn Quarter at 103.22%. Three Mount Vernon Triangle buildings placed third through fifth: 555 Mass at 102.56%, Madrigal Lofts at 101.80%, and City Vista at 100.24%. 3303 Water Street in Georgetown was last on the chart at 100%.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
3303 Water Street in Georgetown earned $1,310 per SF, followed by Turnberry Tower in Arlington, City Center in Mount Vernon Triangle, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, and 555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle.
Highest Price New Listings
At $4,395,000, Washington Harbour in Georgetown had the highest price new listing. 22 West in West End was next at $3,595,000, and third place went to 3303 Water Street in Georgetown with a $2,500,000 listing.
