Highest Sales Prices
Georgetown’s 3303 Water Street took first place with a $6 Million sale. City Center, Somerset House, Wooster and Mercer, Ritz West End completed the list.
Highest Sales Price to List Ratio
City Vista ranked first, followed closely by Logan Station, The Flats at Union Row, The Sonata, Delancey Lofts and Kalorama Lofts.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
With almost $1,600 per sq. ft., 3303 Water Street captured top position! Other leaders were City Center, Somerset House, Wooster and Mercer and Ritz West End.
Highest Price New Listings
Georgetown was hot! The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown was home to a 4-bedroom, 4-bath property for $7.995 million. Nearby at 3303 Water Street, that 4-bedroom 4.5 bath unit that led all March sales was listed for $6.25 Million and sold same day for $6 Million. And at Washington Harbour, a 2-bedroom 4.5 bath unit was listed for $4.995 Million.
